Q: Where are you located? How long will the shipping take?

A: We are based in China, the world factory.

All items are made to orders so it takes 5-7 days for production.

If you choose DHL there is another 5-10 days delivery, if you choose epacket that will take 15-30 days depends on your countries.

All parcels are tracked shipments.

 

Q: Can you do drop shipping?

A: Yes we can. But once your business is doing well we suggest you must stock some in your warehouse because drop shipping takes too much longer time.

 

Q: What if the package lost? Will you refund me?
